Easy Peasy Pizza Party Night

Sometimes you need a night in, and a pizza party can be just what the doctor ordered. Besides, if you load it up with veggies, a pizza is really just a few steps away from being a salad, right? 🙂

I like to make mine (mostly) from scratch, but you can speed things up with store-bought dough. You can — and should! — get crazy with your toppings. It is YOUR party, after all!

Jules’ Perfect Pizza
• 1 jar pizza sauce
• 10 slices of pepperoni
• handful of basil
• mozzarella cheese
• 3 tomatoes, sliced
• 1 red bell pepper chopped
• 3 jalapeño peppers sliced

What’s your idea of a perfect pizza? Do you get weird with your toppings??

This is a great recipe! I myself enjoy pizza and your recipe allows me to enjoy pizza while still eating healthy. I look forward to reading your future posts and to answer your question about whether or not I get weird with my toppings I would have to say not really. The weirdest thing I’ve ever put on my pizza is lettuce

Love this idea! It is such a fun way to spend the night! I would make a pizza with marinara, throw a little spinach, mushrooms, raw onion, maybe some grilled chicken and avocado is actually surprisingly good on a pizza. top with some mozzarella! Bada bing, bada boom! Got yourself a delicious pizza! 🙂

I love, love, love pizza! I prefer mine with a little spicy tomatosauce, some good cheeses (mozzarella, parmesan) and with:
option 1: capers (yum!) & sliced onions
or option 2: rocket & avocado
But yours looks good as well!

Caramelized onion and feta is probably the best combination i’ve ever had on a pizza. Waitrose grocers in the UK has a delicious feta, caramelized onion, and goat cheese pizza that is TO DIE for!

I’m enjoying your page so far. I would like to add that “I love to dance” and challenge the thought of having two older ladies, ages 70 thru 75 (I would be one of them) with two professional dancers on “Dancers With The Stars” for the entire season, or at least half a season, to compete against other by finally having a dance off. That would be different, enjoyable, possibly funny! What do you think? If you think this has potential, pls propose it to the producers and let me know when the exciting “GOOD IDEA, LET’S DO IT, CALL HER” comes in.
God Bless You; think you’re great!

Fresh basil is packed with lots of flavor, and it’s so much tastier than the dried herb. I love topping my pizza with that too!

I love red onions on my pizza, which I top with spicy Italian sausage, red peppers, and black olives.

This looks so good! I love pepperoni on pizza, but my other favorite toppings include ham, pineapple, bacon and red onions. Okay, now I’m hungry! LOL 🙂

I love how you say Kindness is your biggest message but what about being a bit more conscious about where your food comes from? Dairy farms and slaughterhouses are places of extreme and horrific cruelty (www.earthlings.com), but is something that is not spoken about because people just don’t want to know about it. So what about kindness for the other beings on the planet and not just human beings? Kindness and compassion really does start with your lifestyle and what industries you are funding with your dollar. Cruel or kind… Luckily we have the power to choose. Our dollar is our vote.

I love white pizza. I just made one with olive oil, mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, spinach, and garlic, sliced tomatoes, kalamata olives and feta cheese. So good.
