Hello, Again

From day one, I wanted this site to be a space that made people feel happy and inspired. Through all the new projects, exciting recipes, and uplifting stories, we’ve all learned and shared so much. As time went on — nearly three years! — it has become more than I could have ever imagined. I hope you all feel as good as I do about what we’ve built here.

When Brooks and I got married in July, I took some time to reassess my priorities. In reevaluating how I want to spend my time, the one thing I knew wholeheartedly was that this community we’ve created is incredibly important to me. Marriage is built on both love and commitment, so I’m here to show you I’m in it-to-win-it!

I decided to do some virtual housekeeping and give this site a little makeover. As you can see, there’s a whole new look, but there are also some new content changes I’m excited about. I’m adding more insights from expert contributors like Spencer Barnes and Anita Patrickson since they did such a great job while I was away. We’ll also hear from some new friends — like the handsomest man in the world, Brooks Laich.

Hope you enjoy the changes! I’m so grateful that you’re a part of the “Jules” community. Please let me know if there’s something on the site you would like to see, or have questions that need answers.

I’m here for you!

  1. I ADORE this layout!
Would to love keep seeing everything on the website.
But maybe some more DIY beauty products and all. ♡

  2. I love you and your website soooo much! It’s such a great way to connect with your fans! Bring on more recipes! Specifically vegetarian, vegan holiday type of recipes. Also, how to cook for a dinner party and still make time to hang out with friends and not just be in the kitchen all day! And more style blogs on what’s the next new thing and how to incorporate them with a small budget. Everything you do is already so great this might just add more pizzazz! Xo

  3. Would love some hair tutorials! I have short hair now and not sure what to do with it. would love some ideas since you had short hair for so long!

  4. Also, the tabs on the side are not working for me. For ex, when I click on the recipes tab, it just brings me back to the homepage not a page with just recipe posts.

  5. Love the new look of the website! I love how you tackle all topics because I’m always craving variety. As far as suggestions, I’d love to see fashion style tips (maybe how to style hats or boots for fall), quick and easy hairstyles that you can do yourself, as well as date ideas / family fun ideas that don’t break the bank. I’m also trying to unplug from technology sometimes but still have fun. So, I could use lots of suggestions. hehe Also, if you try anything new, I’d love for you to share your experience. I love it when you do that! Love ya, girly! 🙂

  6. Love, love, LOVE the new site!! It looks great, Jules! Keep up the amazing work. It’s awesome to have someone like you to follow and look up to! 💕

  7. Id love to know if you have any tips to reduce concealer caking below the eyes. My concealer always gets packed in the little creases below my eyes and your makeup always looks flawless!

  8. Hi🙋‍♀️
Love the look of the new site! 😍
I have bleached my hair and it’s a beautiful color, just like yours, but sooo damaged! I’ve no idea how to reaper it in a, if possible, natrual way. I’d be really grateful for a few tips or maybe even your routine. In case you have one. Sorry for any sort of flaws, my english isn’t that good yet.

    Love from Bavaria💕
